Michael Waldron

Michael Waldron has led public and corporate affairs functions for organizations ranging from Fortune 100 global companies to innovative startups.
He has served in executive communications leadership roles for Halliburton, one of the world's leading providers of products and services to the energy industry, Lancium Inc., an energy technology and infrastructure company building AI datacenters, and LyondellBasell Industries, one of the largest plastics, chemical, and refining companies in the world. Previously, Michael held a senior corporate affairs role at NextEra Energy, the largest utility company in North America and the world’s largest generator of energy from the wind and sun.
Prior to entering the private sector, Michael has held senior communications roles in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, including serving as communications director for Congressman Fred Upton (MI), former Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Additionally, he held a White House appointment serving two U.S. Secretaries of Energy. Following his government service, he was vice president and chief of staff for FTI Consulting’s public affairs arm in Washington, DC.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University, a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University and resides in The Woodlands, Texas with his wife and three children.

Anthony leads internal and external communications, including employee communications, media relations, management presentations and executive communications. He also oversees our community affairs efforts, including the Campbell’s Foundation, the Full Futures program, and employee volunteerism. Anthony is a member of the Operating Committee, which focuses on Board-level matters and the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. He reports to the CEO.
Anthony joined the company as Director of Corporate Communications, leading our corporate external communications. In 2008, he was promoted Group Director of Corporate and Brand Communications.
Before joining the company, Anthony spent eight years with Eastman Kodak Company in communications roles including Worldwide Director, Marketing & Communications Services, for the company’s $3.6 billion graphic communications business, and Director, Strategic Communications, in Kodak’s Communications and Public Affairs department.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Weber Shandwick, a global public relations firm, and at Kirshenbuam Bond & Partners, an advertising agency. He began his career at J.P. Morgan Investment Management. Anthony was recognized by PR News as the Media Relations Executive of the Year in 2008-2009.
Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature and letters, with a minor in political science and government, from Rider University.
Jennifer Massaro is the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Nutanix. Jennifer started her career in public relations at an agency in New York City in 1994, and since that time has focused her career in all facets of communications including external communications, executive communications, internal communications, industry analyst relations, thought leadership, and social media. She has worked at large companies such as Philips and Cisco, as well as small start-ups, and has watched the profession of communications evolve with the onset of the internet and the influence of social platforms. In her free time, Jennifer is an avid sailor and spent two years sailing halfway around the world with her husband and young son in 2014 and 2015. Work by her and her team has won numerous awards. In 2020, Jennifer was recognized as Top Women in PR honoree from PR News, and in 2021 she was recognized on the list of Top Women in Communications by PR Daily and Ragan. In 2022, she and her team received Communications Team of the Year award. Jennifer holds a BA from UC San Diego and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
